Therapeutic Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural therapy with amazing healing benefits. It is a pressure-point treatment, most often applied to the feet and/or hands. It works by inducing deep relaxation of the nervous system and stimulating the nerve endings to promote healing on all levels. The addition of Essential Oils and Color Therapy, further enhance the therapeutic benefits.

Reproductive Reflexology
This is a specialized type of Reflexology, using very specific treatment protocols to help regulate and reduce symptoms in the menstrual cycle, alleviate symptoms of Peri-Menopause or Menopause, or to help conditions such as fibroids or endometriosis.

Raindrop Therapy
This technique was originally developed and used by the Lacoda tribe. It combines the art of aromatherapy, with the techniques of Reflexology, for a blissful 90 minute treatment. Essential oils are applied along the spine, to help realign and balance the body on all levels. It is a wonderful way to detoxify the whole body, and is especially helpful for those with scoliosis, back pain, or any other spinal issues.

Reflexology & Reiki Energy Healing
This 90 minute session combines the powerful healing effects of therapeutic Reflexology with Reiki energy healing. This can help to clear blockages in a person's energy field, release past traumas, heal negative thought patterns, and help them move through their emotions.

Distant/Remote Healing
In this type of session, I utilize an array of healing modalities, depending on what issues you may present with, and it is done remotely. This is ideal if you are unable to visit my clinic in person for any reason. The modalities can include Reiki, pendulum dowsing, clearing negative energies, and chakra balancing. A session done in this way can be even more effective and powerful for some, and because the receiver can remain in their own space, they may feel more comfortable releasing emotions . Once the session is complete, I provide feedback and suggestions via email, and any questions you have will be addressed.

At Reflexions Healing, my goal is to treat each person as a unique individual, and to see the body as a whole, rather than only focusing on symptom relief. This allows for true healing to take place on all levels of being- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I offer many different types of treatments, and tailor each session to your specific needs.
I am a Board Certified Master Reflexologist, with over 26 years of experience, and a member of the International Council of Reflexologists. I am also a Certified Reiki Master, Reproductive Reflexology Therapist, and a Young Living Essential Oil Distributor. Young Living is known worldwide for its' commitment to wellness, and offers the purest of essential oils and products.
I work with people of all ages and walks of life, and feel honored to witness the healing that takes place as they move forward on their path.
